The first thing that caught my eye was the atmosphere of this painting - fantastic, magical and reminding me of some hidden object games that I've played (you would be surprised at the amazing artworks in those games). I love when an artwork raises emotions and emanates specific atmosphere, and yours truly does. (Talent, vision, technique and execution aren't enough if the artist's work can't make people feel something imo.)

The second thing that appealed to me was this old painting feel that your painting has. I've always admired photorealism in painting but your style seems to be something in between - it doesn't look like a photo completely although it comes close, and it's exactly that painted quality that makes your work special to me.

I love how you painted the folds and creases on the clothes, how you played with shadows and light, the little details in the painting.

It definitely makes me want to go in and explore the world of your painting.
